Do you need a repair?
Welcome to service options for your Palm device. Your repair will be handled either by the Palm repair center or by your mobile service provider.
We can help you with:
- Palm-branded smartphones and handhelds
and any in-warranty materials included with these devices
- Palm-branded accessories
Not available through Palm repairs:
- Third-party accessories
(instead, contact the third-party vendor or manufacturer to arrange a repair)
- Replacement parts
(Palm does not sell replacement parts for at-home repairs)
How much will it cost?
- In Warranty: No charge for repair. You may be responsible for shipping charges.
- Out of Warranty: Repair price varies by product (view charges).
Do I need a repair?
